BE VERY CAREFULL ABOUT THIS FRAUD COMPANY!
I am writing to warn potential clients about my extremely negative experience with Ari Products Lab regarding the booth construction for the SPOGA-GAFA Cologne (GER) show. Our company engaged Ari Products Lab to design and build our booth, and the outcome has been an utter disaster.
Mr. Eftal YALIN COSKUN accepted our deposit payment but failed to provide a VAT number on the Profirma invoice despite repeated requests—more than ten times. Instead, he consistently made excuses. Subsequently, all communication sudenly stoped. It became evident that this was a fraudulent scheme just one month before the exhibition.
Do not engage them for any work or provide any advance payments. Doing so will only result in the waste of both your money and time.
Beware of the positive reviews—they likely stem from previous years under different management. It appears that after the previous management exited, Mr. EFTAL YALIN COSKUN established a new company, ARI PRODUCT GMBH, at the end of 2024, using the previous reputation to deceive new clients.
He also have a Turkish base company call ARI PRO TASARIM MİMARLIK SAN.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ , if you deal with this company, please run away.
We will be involving all relevant authorities and public bodies to ensure appropriate action against this fraudulent company. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THEM!

After taking our payment, MR.EFTAL from Ari Products Lab ceased all communication approximately one week before the exhibition. They stopped responding to our calls, emails, and messages, leaving us with an empty booth space at a major international trade show.
They will give you the reason that EFTAL is in hospital and will not respond a week before the show.
Do not give any work or advance payment to them. Your money and time both will go in vain.

They pulled out of an agreed stand design a week and a half before the show, leaving us absolutely helpless before an important event, causing a massive amount of stress trying to find another supplier not even two weeks before the event. The deal was not handled professionally at all, and they should have communicated their struggled way sooner. I would not recommend Ari Product Labs based on our experience.
