Unfortunately, our experience with PLM RETAIL SPECIALIST at the EMAF 2025 trade fair was not positive. Despite clear arrangements, specific requests and written confirmations, the stand provided did not agree with specs. We encountered serious shortcomings, delays, lack of support and issues that compromised the event. We hope this feedback will help improve the service in the future: professionally and honouring commitments, especially in a trade fair setting, are essential.
