Don't work with this company. They charge you extra fee like crazy, like 400USD to print some simple sticker, 500USD to fix sample in the booth (which should be included) that at the end they don't print correctly. Our booth wasn't finished on time, and they were not able to fix our sample in the booth (We have to do it ourselves). When you have an issue, they don't reply to you on the phone anymore. They presented that you are a valuable customer, but that's not true. They just have attractive booth design, for the rest service is poor, and they are not respectful after you paid.

Sensations Worldwide has been a great partner to work with. The exhibition stand that I designed and created for my company turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. All the time, I hire them to help me at trade shows.

JUST PASS ON THEM.
COMPANY IS A SCAM.

The company is sending a pathetic email telling me that I'm a valuable customer but have to dump my project 3 days before the event.

How am I suppose to find a solution ?
No interest on this for " the most trusted exhibition booth builders".

They knew for a long time they were not able to execute my project but waited for the last minute !
They were asking questions the friday before the event - "can you send assembling pass ? / the truck is loaded, we cannot add anything at the moment" but suddenly the following sunday, the booth was only 50% ready...

Sunday evening, they offered to load a truck with what was ready and the boss offered to come to supervise the assembling and Monday morning, I'm sorry, buddy, I cannot do anything...

Bunch of clowns.

Our company worked with Sensations Worldwide for a large-scale tradeshow in Atlanta in March 2023. The booth build was due to be completed in 2 days (giving our team 2 days to install and troubleshoot our demo). They completed the build 36 hours behind schedule and with numerous issues. Our team had to work through the night in order to be able to open for the show.

The delay and issues were very frustrating, but the most alarming problem was the lack of ownership and communication once the issues were brought to Sensations Worldwide management. Following multiple emails from me, Sensations Worldwide finally arranged a call to discuss the matter (Almost 3 weeks after the show). On that call, I was asked to allow 2 further days for them to propose a solution. That was over 2 weeks ago, and despite multiple emails from me, the company has decided to ignore the issue and effectively ‘ghost’ our communications.

Booth construction is a significant investment. It's crucial to choose a company that not only delivers quality work but also values their commitments and communicates effectively. This was not our experience with Sensations Worldwide.

Worst company.. due to their poor quality work and high costs. Management is abusive and cheap.
Clients were consistently upset, and I had bad experiences before and after booth designs.
Please choose a better company for your booth, even if it costs more.

Si je pouvais donner zéro étoile à cette entreprise, je le ferais. Il me faudrait trop de temps pour expliquer à quel point Sensations Exhibits est un cauchemar, alors je vous préviens si vous prévoyez de les utiliser. Leur exécution et leur service à la clientèle n’auraient pas pu être plus peu professionnels. Ils étaient très en retard pour effectuer la mise en place, ils ont installé le mauvais tapis, les panneaux éclairés étaient bon marché et ressemblaient à des lumières de Noël d’un magasin discount, 99% des graphiques ne s’alignaient pas, la structure qu’ils construisaient manquait de stratifié créant une structure inégale, ils n’ont jamais installé notre 35 pieds et m’ont quand même facturé pour cela. Si vous voulez en parler, je vais poster mon adresse e-mail marty@greenclimberna.com afin que vous ne pensiez pas que j’invente cela. Il faudrait 10 pages pour expliquer quel cauchemar absolu j’ai vécu lorsque j’ai fait confiance à Sensations Exhibits pour installer mon stand à notre salon le plus important et le plus cher tous les 3 ans. FUYEZ NE PAS MARCHER!
